Sadie Baer

Sadie graduated from Kent State University with a BFA in Visual Communication Design and joined JAC soon after as a Graphic Designer. What began as a focus on branding and print design quickly evolved, first into leading the design department, then into project management, and ultimately into her current role as Creative Director and Account Manager.

Driven, communicative, and enthusiastic, Sadie brings a “let’s get it done” energy to every project. She thrives on problem-solving, building meaningful client relationships, and guiding the creative team toward successful outcomes. Her direct and friendly approach makes her both a strong leader and a reliable go-to for clients and teammates alike.

Outside of work, Sadie’s life revolves around her family. She lives on Cleveland’s East Side with her husband, son, and their mini Bernedoodle, August. Above all, she is a mom, a role she values most and one that shapes how she approaches both life and leadership. When she finds a quiet moment, she enjoys antiquing, cooking, and getting lost in a good book.
