Sadie Baer

Sadie graduated from Kent State University with a BFA in Visual Communication Design and joined JAC soon after as a Graphic Designer. What began as a focus on branding and print design quickly evolved, first into leading the design department, then into project management, and ultimately into her current role as Creative Director and Account Manager.

Driven, communicative, and enthusiastic, Sadie brings a “let’s get it done” energy to every project. She thrives on problem-solving, building meaningful client relationships, and guiding the creative team toward successful outcomes. Her direct and friendly approach makes her both a strong leader and a reliable go-to for clients and teammates alike.

Sadie and her husband, Daniel, live on Cleveland’s East Side with their mini Bernedoodle, August. They love checking out new restaurants, spending weekends hunting down antique treasures, and tackling DIY projects around the house. At home, you’ll often find Sadie in the kitchen trying a new recipe or curled up with a good book. The pair is excitedly expecting their first baby in October!
